The 2024 Theatre Festival will be held from September 9 to 28 in state theatres and alternative venues, according to Manuel Paz of the Ministry of Culture.
Manuel Paz said that the event seeks to bring the theatrical arts closer to the public through a call made a few months ago, which selected more than 10 works and had the requirement that they be written by Panamanians.
Paz: «Among the works selected to be presented are «Reversions», «An Encounter», «The Pure Purity of Light», as well as dramatized readings such as «When Clowns No Longer Exist» and «The Knot». Free workshops will also be offered.
