A construction worker was killed with a knife that was dealt to him in the middle of a fight between two women, according to police sources. The fatal victim is identified as Rafael Antonio Aponte Salinas (25).
This event occurred last Sunday in the vicinity of the Corazón del Pueblo sector, La Urbina industrial zone, Sucre municipality (Miranda). Aponte observed a group of women fighting and decided to intervene to separate them.
One of the women involved in the brawl pulled out a knife to defend herself and thrust it into the man’s neck, who was taken to the “Ana Francisca Pérez de León” hospital, where he was admitted lifeless.
Polisucre agents arrested the alleged murderer identified as Emily Elianny Trias Herrera (29).
