Municipality will move brigades to identify cases of Covid-19 in districts 5, 8 and 11, due to an increase in infections

The mayor, Jhonny Fernandez, announced that municipal health brigades will visit municipal districts 5 (north), 8 (Three Thousand Plan) and 11 (Center) to carry out diagnostic tests and detect infections by Covid-19, given the epidemiological results presented this Monday.

“From 2%, cSo 3%, which was positive, has risen to a little more than 5%. It is an alert that we have to take into account, that has led us to move the brigades to the districts”, he indicated, in time to state that they seek to avoid the closure of schools, as has happened the previous week.

The report indicates that the aforementioned districts are the ones that have registered the most cases in recent days. The mayor announced that the brigadistas they will carry kits with medicines for the treatment of people who test positive to diagnosis.
