Guarderas indicated that in case of having aid, citizens channel it through the Unified Command Post, installed in the Faculty of Philosophy of the Central University of Ecuador. The opening hours will be from 06:30 to 08:30.
“Right now there are many people who, instead of collaborating, are interfering with the rescue and cleanup efforts (…); the only way to overcome this tragedy is with order and coordination”, said the Mayor.
