According to the Official Gazette of Mexico City, so far only the Xochimilco Mayor’s Office has confirmed the application of the dry law for September 15 and 16.

What time does Prohibition begin and end in Xochimilco?
The prohibition will begin at midnight on September 15 and will last until 11:59 p.m. on September 16. This implies a total restriction for 48 consecutive hours on the sale and consumption of alcohol in public places and in establishments regulated by the mayor’s office.
What establishments or places will be allowed to sell alcohol in Xochimilco?
While most businesses will be subject to the ban, restaurants and food service establishments that are licensed to sell alcohol by the glass will be able to continue doing so.
These establishments must operate in accordance with the hours established in their operating permits, without exceeding the provisions of the Commercial Establishments Law.
