Councilor Manuel Saavedra and the Municipal General Director of the Mayor’s Office of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Juan Carlos Solares, did not hold anything back in an exchange of adjectives, this Thursday, in the Mayor’s Office facilities. Between the crossing of words, that from one moment to the next it got louder and was recorded, you can clearly hear how they both insulted each other.

In a video that circulates on the networks, it is clearly seen when the councilor, the municipal official and other people leave an office, already exchanging some words. But outside they begin to raise the tone and you hear:

Saavedra: It can and should, when there is transparency. But when someone hides something, he closes the door.

Solar: I followed your modeling career, it’s the best.

In that Saavedra He turns around and pats him on the right shoulder and says: thank you mate and continue your ‘rogue’ career.

So Solar shot: ‘model moves ass’

AND Saavedra He answered: ‘rogue’, without shame.

But because of what the incident happened

Councilor Saavedra went to the Solares office in the Mayor’s Office, following a person’s complaint of having been the victim of an alleged scam.

This alleged victim was identified as Pío Herrera, who denounces Solares for alleged crimes of fraud and estelionate. As he explained, this gave Solares $us 36,000 for three lots of land and that to date he does not have them in his possession.

Due to this situation, Herrera demands the return of the money, but in the face of Solares’ indifference, he presented his case in the main square. and even came to the aid of Councilman Saavedra.
