What is the fine for not going to vote or not fulfilling the role of polling station member?
In case you do not go to vote in these 2022 Elections and, in addition, you are a polling station member, you must pay two fines before the National Elections Jury (JNE).
Fine for not complying as a table member
— Headlines and substitutes: S/ 230.
Fine for not voting
— No poverty: S/ 92
— Poor: S/ 46
— Extreme poverty: S/ 23.

Can you vote with an expired DNI?
According to the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (Reniec), it was reported that, exceptionally, those voters who have expired ID will be able to vote in these 2022 Elections.
This measure will also apply to those who still have an identity document for minors, which means that those who are going to vote for the first time and did not complete the process of changing their DNI to that of adults, will be able to use the DNI yellow.

According to the National Elections Jury (JNE), the 2022 municipal debate will take place this Sunday, September 25, starting at 8:00 pm in the “Ella Dunbar Temple” auditorium of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM).

The JNE provided the information that the event will be this Sunday, September 25, starting at 8:00 p.m.
Format of the municipal debate 2022
In the first block, questions asked by civilians on socioeconomic, territorial, environmental and institutional issues will be chosen. Candidates will be asked two questions and will have one minute to answer each one.
In the second division of the debate, the candidates will exchange proposals through questions and replies. The JNE confirmed the order of four pairs for this exchange time, which will consist of a total of three minutes.

In the third segment, the mayoral candidates will have 45 seconds to answer two questions from civil organizations.
For the last block, viewers will listen to each politician’s final speech for one minute and 30 seconds.
