The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE), indicated today that in its portal ‘Empleos Perú’, through the Job Exchange service with artificial intelligence, it offers more than 17,000 job vacancies.
Likewise, he said that since its implementation in 2020, the Labor Exchange has made 371,878 job offers available to the public (142,582 so far in 2022), with the positions with the most job offers during October being agricultural operator, telemarketer, warehouse operator, as well as sales assistant.
So far this year, 126,881 applications for vacancies have been registered.
The Job Bank is not only available to job seekers but also to all companies that wish to publicize their job offers.
So far, about 4,500 companies registered in the Peru Jobs portal have published their job offers in the Labor Exchange. These companies belong mainly to the sectors: commercial and services, as well as construction and consultancy/advisory.
Since this year, the Job Exchange of the Empleos Perú portal has been equipped with artificial intelligence technology, thanks to which the link between labor supply and demand can be optimized, making the skills of job seekers visible.

To use this and other free services of the Empleos Peru portal, those interested must register at www.empleoperu.gob.pe.
In the case of those who are looking for a job, they must complete their CV and then apply for the offers made available in the Job Bank.
