Once again, an operation by the public force, in this case a military one, puts Molano in a motion of censure debate, this time, for a massacre in the rural area of Putumayo.

Faced with this fact, they indicated that he had a team of prosecutors and researchers of the Specialized Directorate against Human Rights Violations.
“This group has carried out various investigative and judicial activities such as technical inspection of the corpse, processing of the scene, interviews, among others,” they maintained.
“The military component in charge of the known activity did not report any capture or provide the minutes that support a procedure of this type,” they maintained.
Therefore, they explained that no persons have been placed at the disposal of judges to control guarantees.
They emphasized that they will continue with the investigative work in order to clarify what happened and determine the responsibilities that may arise.
This Tuesday, the motion of censure was cited in Congress and is moving forward.

The vote will take place this same April 26, so far, none of the ministers of President Iván Duque have come out ‘well off’ from these debates. Therefore, part of the congressmen ask Molano to resign.
