The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), Tarek William Saab, reported this Sunday through his Twitter account that the Public Ministry (MP) identified for arrest and indictment the subjects Yorman Chirinos and Roberto Olano who murdered a cat in Zulia state.
“#NoAlMaltratoAnimal The Public Ministry has identified for their #arrest and #imputation the subjects YORMAN CHIRINOS and ROBERTO OLANO for #killing and recording that reprehensible #crime against a community pet in Machiques (Zulia)”.
In the audiovisual material, published on his account on the social network, it is observed how one of the subjects grabbed the cat to throw it.
