The Public Ministry (MP) reported that it ordered the review of some 381 judicial measures that were attributed to people who participated in the posselectoral protests.

The MP said that the measure was taken “within the framework of respect and unrestricted observance to the principles and guarantees enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic.”
He added that the MP remains untouched in its “status of good faith, objective and impartial, working for the defense of peace, justice and human rights.”

The NGO Criminal Forum registered until January 20, a total of 1,601 people arrested for political reasons, 86 less than the previous week, when it computed 1,687, most of them detained after the presidential presidential ones on July 28.
Through its X account, the non -governmental organization explained that, of the total detainees, 1,418 are men and 183 are women, among which there are 1,597 adults and four adolescents between 14 and 17 years of age.
He indicated that 1,439 of the detainees are civilians and 162 military from different bodies of the National Armed Forces (FAN).
