The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported on Tuesday that the Public Ministry (MP) based on the program created for the protection of the elderly proceeds to the restitution of the property located on El Bosque Avenue, La Castellana Urbanization, to the great -grandmother Lola Josefina Landaeta (100 years of age).
The information was disseminated by the Public Ministry through an Instagram publication where they detail that the investigations carried out by the MP, it was determined that the subject Víctor Mendoza criminally occupied the property under the name of “Favola” for more than 10 years making it a restaurant to the house of appointments and parties that altered the public order of the area.
The MP reported that the aforementioned subject did not cancel his legitimate owner the lease canon. This in complicity with a lawyer investigated and charged by the Public Ministry named Gustavo Mendiri with the Pugas brothers.
Similarly, he points out that both subjects paid high sums of money to alleged “youtubers” for defamation campaigns against people.
For this fact, these subjects incurred the crime of assumption of courage, pretending to use influences about some judges and police in order to try to seize the property illegally.
Action that was not materialized thanks to the positive fiscal action and the auxiliary bodies of justice.
