He Public Ministry (MP) requested the imposition of 18 months of Preventive prisonas a measure of coercion, against four people arrested yesterday Thursday for electronic fraud and money laundering during several raids carried out in the continuation of the Guepardo Operation.
The measure was requested against LOana Paola Guerrero Miliánwho served as an accountant of Novasco Real Estate, SRL, and Javier Gustavo Ulloa Buenolawyer of the company, who used terror to face the victims who claimed the return of their money, as well as the masters brokers of the simulated projects Immaculate Astrid Rydelis Bello and Samayra del Rosario Barreto.
In the instance deposited in the Judicial Office of Permanent Services of the Roman, the Public Ministry requests the imposition of the measure of deprivation of liberty and that the case is declared of complex processing. Now, you are waiting for the court to set the date for the knowledge of the coercion measure.
The Specialized Office of the Anti -Right of Assets and Financing of Terrorism and the Roman Prosecutor’s Office in the actions against the Network have the support of the Department of Research for Money Laundering and Terrorism (Dilatf), of the National Police.
As part of the shares yesterday, raids were carried out in the National District, San Cristóbal and Punta Cana, in the La Altagracia province, against members of the criminal network dedicated to the electronic fraud and money laundering, who in association of malefactors affected hundreds of victims, receiving a benefit of more than 18 million dollars, with the false promise of construction of apartment at low cost.
During the operation the four accused were arrested. Loana Paola Guerrero Milián in Punta Cana and Javier Gustavo Ulloa Bueno in San Cristóbal, while Astrid Immaculate Rydelis Bello in the National District and Samayra del Rosario Barreto in La Romana.
In addition, luxury vehicles, cash, properties, high -end vehicles and electronic devices were seized, as well as corporate documentation related to the crime investigated and high -value garments.
These new actions against organized crime networks are executed as part of the institutional plan launched by the Attorney General of the Republic, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, and the work developed by the General Directorate of Persecution of the Public Ministry, headed by the attached attorney Wilson Camacho.
The authorities reaffirmed that they work in favor of the victims identified in the Guepardo Operation and their commitment as a persecuting body to bring all those involved in this criminal structure and work to recover the assets before the Courts of the Republic.
Fiscal Attorney Mayerling Rondón and Claudio Cordero, of the Roman Prosecutor’s Office and the Special Prosecutor’s Office Antilavado of Assets and Financing of Terrorism, respectively, are in charge of the investigation.
The facts
The file details that the members of the Network created a company named Novasco Real Estate, SRL, for the purpose of the commission of the illicit and subsequently acquired the Franchise of Re/Max, a highly known multinational and in which anyone could feel confidence, due to their high level of credibility, however, everything was a farce, to acquire customers, who became victims of this network.
Due to their relationship to the case, Marisol Nova Nova Nova, Rocío del Alba Rodríguez de Moya E Yves Alexandre Giroux, while Loany Lismeiry Oritz Nova, was arrested in Colombia when trying to cross Venezuela and has been detained since February 2025, until its extradition process is known.
