The Public Ministry (MP) reports that, as part of its permanent updating of the investigations it is carrying out, including those related to people linked to the acts of post-electoral violence, it has determined, together with the Judiciary, a new group of people who have been requested to review the measure.
Through a statement, the MP reported that a total of 381 reviews were requested and agreed upon on January 16 and January 24, 2025, which, added to those processed previously and that have been reported in previous statements, give a total number of 1,896 releases granted to date, within the framework of respect and unrestricted observance of the principles and guarantees enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic.
The Public Ministry remains unscathed in its condition as a party of good faith, objective and impartial, working to defend Peace, Justice and Human Rights.
