The Public Ministry (MP) reported this Monday night that during the day today, in coordination with the criminal courts, a new group of cases were reviewed – in addition to those processed in the morning – linked to post-electoral violence.
The information was released by the MP through a statement published on its official account on the social network Instagram where it details that 46 reviews of measures for defendants were requested and agreed upon after the serious events after July 28.
With these new approved requests, the figure of 956 releases carried out within the framework of due process guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic is reached.

The Public Ministry reports that during the course of today, in coordination with the criminal courts, a new group of cases were reviewed – in addition to those processed in the morning – linked to post-electoral violence.
In this sense, 46 reviews of measures for defendants were requested and agreed upon after the serious events after July 28.
