The Public Ministry arrested a CICPC official this Saturday, who extrajudicially executed a person in Antímano and simulated a police confrontation.
Through his Twitter account, Attorney General Tarek William Saab explained that the official, who answers to Edgardo Rodriguez; He will be charged with the charges of aggravated homicide, violation of domicile and improper use of a firearm.
He stressed that “the Venezuelan State is committed based on the constitution and the law to defend and protect the human rights of all.”
