The plans that suffered the rate adjustment were the 10 GB Movistar plan, the 4 GB Movistar Plus plan, the 2.3 GB Movistar Full plan and extra data. The 10 GB Movistar Plan that previously cost Bs. 147 is now priced at Bs. 160.75, while the 4 GB Movistar Plus went from Bs. 59 to Bs. 64.38.

The Movistar Hogar 300 fixed telephony Plan also had an increase in its rate, going from Bs. 77.14 to Bs. 82.65. As for the 2.3 GB Movistar Full plan, its new price has not yet been published.
In the Movistar application, the extra data of 1 GB was at Bs. 36.54 and those of 4 GB at Bs. 146.16.
This price increase without prior notice by Movistar has caused discomfort among the company’s users, who are waiting for an explanation from the company.
