Desiré Carolina Velásquez denounced that her 1 year and 5 month old son was kidnapped by his father.
Such a situation occurred last Wednesday in the urbanization La Loma, Zaraza, Guárico, where Desiré handed over the little boy to his father, identified as Mauro Negrón. This, in compliance with an agreement signed last June.
Said agreement implies that “he had to share 12 hours a day for two days a week, but the child had to sleep at home with me,” Desiré explained. “So far 5 days have passed and I don’t know anything about the child,” she said.
“He abused my trust and failed to comply with a measure that was established by the Lopna, disobedience to an order, contempt of the law,” said the little boy’s mother.
For his part, the father of the child informed Desiré through a video call that he was supposed to take the child to Chile, for which he had canceled a package. In the interaction, the man claims to be in Colombia and expressed his desire to return the child to the mother, making said delivery effective in the territory of that country, according to his words.
In this regard, the mother of the baby asks the Public Ministry to investigate such a situation to clarify where her son is and to achieve his recovery.
