66% of online shoppers buy their products through phones revealed Ecomsur, a pioneer company in Fullcommerce in Latin America. He specified that 33% use laptops or desktop computers for their purchases and the rest use their tablets.

“Currently, brands are facing a more demanding consumer, who seeks and becomes loyal to those companies that are concerned about providing care that adapts as much as possible to their lifestyle and preferences; Currently, people already identify the brands that have a record of each movement of their buyers and that show them that they are capable of recognizing them regardless of the sales channel they prefer at the moment, ”he commented.

For its part, the Peruvian Electronic Chamber of Commerce (Capece) specified that e-commerce in the country is registering an upward trend, so that at the end of 2021, 41.8% of Peruvians bought online.

Last year, marketplace sales reached $9.3 billion, up from $6 billion in 2020.

“The results of ecommerce for the end of 2022 and the start of 2023 have not been said, because this year is still one of the strongest times for online sales, which are the holidays; In addition, we must consider that the World Cup is close and sales around it are already beginning to emerge”, assured Helmut Cáceda, president of Capece.
