The Minister of Education, Morgan Querohe would have favored Luna Gálvez with a ministerial authorization for his new institutes of higher education manage to function.
The head of the Peru21 Research Unit, Oscar Quispe, clarified the case that would link to the Minister of Education with the congressman of Podemos Peru through the Encus Institute.
“We ran into this case when we reviewed the CV of Andrea Vidal, the lady murdered in the case of Congress, and it was found that she worked in a company by Mr. Marlon Ninahuanca Pariona, a current militant of Podemos Peru. That seemed strange to us,” Quispe revealed to Channel N.
“We found that this man is not only the owner of the company A2 builders, but also appeared as General Manager of Enus. What is Encus? We found that in August 2024, he had obtained a ministerial resolution to function as a Higher School,” he added.
Quispe and its research unit, even discovered that the controversial building of the extinct Telesup, with the false facade, is now Encus, an institute that offers careers with agreements with some licensed universities.
“And not only is Encus, Morgan Quero has also given Luna Gálvez the ministerial resolution for the operation of another educational institution,” Quispe said.
“Morgan Quero told us that he did not know that Encus was related to Luna Gálvez but that the whole procedure was according to the norm … when we have confronted Luna Gálvez, he made gestures that he did not listen to us and retired without answering.” He added.
