Quiroz Silva is one of the three involved in the irregular hiring of Joinnus for the sale of tickets to 23 tourist sites, as reported by the Comptroller General’s Office.
“Take the actions necessary to ensure that the competent body determines the corresponding responsibilities of the public servants of the Ministry of Culture, included in the observed facts of this Specific Control Report, in accordance with the regulations governing the matter,” the Comptroller’s Office indicated.
The servers identified by the watchdog were: Teresa Zinaida Quiroz SilvaJose Antonio Vargas Oropeza, Walter Santos Galdos Morales.
However, this Monday, September 9, the hiring of Teresa Quiroz was made official through a publication in the newspaper El Peruano.
“To appoint Ms. Teresa Zenaida Quiroz Silva to the position of Head of the General Administration Office, dependent on the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Education,” reads the resolution published in the official state gazette.
