The Anti -Corruption Prosecutor of Campeche deposited seven boxes with the documentation that supports the five investigation folders delivered with the new request for lawlessness of Alejandro Moreno Cárdenas, and the process will begin to vent in September, when new judges will come into functions, different from those that have granted amparos.

for the amparos, reviews and sentences granted to him federal judges and magistrates in the State; However, PRI anticipate that this correlation could change the first of September, when there will be a new integration of the Judiciary.
Because on Friday afternoon the instructor section only informed Alito Moreno that investigation folders were received, and that will be notified until this jurisdictional instance admits the file to process, the former governor of Campeche still cannot receive a copy of the documents, and they have not begun to run procedural times.
The calculation of the members of the Instructor Section is that it will take all August to read the folders and therefore will be in September, already in the ordinary sessions of the Chamber of Deputies, when the demand and the procedures can be admitted.
According to ministerial investigations, among the folders there are two that stand out, one for the purchase of a state television channel in which an account of a bank in the United States would have been used for the transfer of the funds, and another for a contract for legal advice services to a diving company.
In the first case, the operation was for 15 million pesos and in the second these are successive contracts for a total of 23 million pesos and the accusations are made to the former governor as hierarchical superior of the officials who authorized the operations.
In the first lawless request, the investigation was carried out from eight properties and 18 luxury cars, of a total of 82 movable and immovable property, most in the name of nearby relatives.
