The national deputy of the Front of All (FdT) Leopold Moreau rated this Saturday as “one more proof of the actions of a judicial sector that seeks impunity for macrismo” the decision of the Buenos Aires Federal Chamber that revoked the prosecutions of the prosecutor Carlos Stornelli and the false lawyer Marcelo D’Alessio.
“The decision does not surprise me because we all know that those judges are there to carry out the impunity plan of the macrismo”Moreau stressed in a dialogue with Télam.
In the same sense, the legislator added that the ruling that separates the prosecutor and the false lawyer from the alleged illegal espionage to persecute former Kirchner officials is in line with what “Cristina” (Fernández de Kirchner) said yesterday when speaking on the last day the argument of his defense in the trial that follows him for the alleged direction of public works in Santa Cruz.
There are no constitutional guarantees

Thus, Chamber I of the Court of Appeals of Comodoro Py dismissed Stornelli and revoked the prosecution of D’Alessiowhich had been issued at the end of 2019 by the then federal judge of Dolores Alejo Ramos Padilla.
Meanwhile, Moreau recalled that “the antecedent” of this Chamber is having pointed out that “The systematic plan of political persecution, supported, among other things, by the illegal espionage carried out during the government of (Mauricio) Macri It was implemented only by a group of self-employed workers, when it was not like that at all”.
