This Saturday, seven thousand 714 proposals from the two thousand 555 assemblies held in the sectors were presented to the second plenary of the V Congress of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and the IV Congress of the JPSUV, reported the Executive Secretary of the Presidency of the PSUV, Eduardo Piñate.
From the Teresa Carreño Theater, Piñate highlighted that the debate took place on the eight areas discussed in the initial plenary, he also explained that in the PSUV assemblies there were 33,349 speaking rights and 17,453 written and approved proposals, “what It implies a very important level of participation”.
Similarly, he stressed that the PSUV has a Code of Ethics, approved 12 years ago and is included in the regulations, “but we are going to update that code today in this plenary.”
He mentioned that there was an approach to comply with the decisions of the III Congress of the PSUV, to expand the organization towards the commune and deepen the Social Action Agenda of the territories.
In the field of training, he said that it was proposed to give impetus to the reading circles of the Party Bulletin.
He also commented that the party should be part of the diagnostic plans that are carried out in the territories to provide solutions to public service problems. In the field of 1 × 10 of Good Government, he highlighted that there were around 28 proposals.
Likewise, he mentioned that the party through house-to-house tours has contacted three million 279 thousand 147 people in 18 thousand 769 communities.
