After a week of vacation, at least 954,233 students from initial, preschool, primary, middle and high school education, from the official and private sectors, returned to class this Monday, June 20, and began the second quarter of the 2022 school year.
Through a statement, the Ministry of Education (Meduca) reported that the academic calendar stipulates that the second quarter will have 12 weeks, so it will last until September 9.
From September 12 to 16, the students will take advantage of another week of vacation, while the teachers will participate in the training carried out by Meduca.
The third term will begin on Monday, September 19 and will run until Friday, December 16.
The balance of activities and graduations of the students will take place from December 19 to 23.
