During a presentation, Buchelli explained that the emergency fund will go to:
- Assistance food for victims and affected (non-perishable food kits per family)
- Basic emergency non-food assistance:

- kits school (backpack, school supplies, uniforms)
- kit of cleanliness
- Medicines not covered by the Comprehensive Public Health Network or by Insurer (consequence of the emergency)
- replenishment of household goods (up to 6 unified basic salaries) that is $2,500
- property repair (construction materials for up to 10 unified basic salaries); that is, up to $4,250.
- This will be done for 15 days and it will be evaluated who continues to require the aid and who does not. “We will help them proportional to the impact they had,” Bucheli added.
It was also detailed that there are 29 vehicles rescued by the Metropolitan Transit Agency (AMT) and that the care of affected vehicles will be done through private sector actors.

In addition, a point will be established at Ground Zero to receive needs, although it was not specified where it will be.
