On the International Day of Uber shares the results of Flash, an option within the that has allowed small and medium Peruvian businesses to send and receive items from wherever and whenever they want. As part of this celebration and with the aim of providing greater peace of mind that the items are received by the correct person, the Uber app is launching a new tool that allows you to complete shipments through a 4-digit PIN code, which must be be provided by the recipient at the time of delivery. In this way, the shipment does not end until the driver enters the correct PIN.

On the use of Uber Flash in Peru: the business with the highest number of shipments, it has made more than a thousand and counting! 10:00 am, is the favorite morning time for sending shipments by Peruvian SMEs. In the afternoon, the busiest time is 1:00 pm The most popular days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

In this framework of global celebration, one of the SMEs that uses Uber Flash is Don Pastel, an enterprise dedicated to the preparation of desserts and snacks, which has doubled its sales thanks to this solution. “Uber Flash has been a huge improvement for my business, even 100%.
