More than 700 officers and officials of the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB), Risk Management System and Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), are deployed this Wednesday for the comprehensive care of the Venezuelan people during the procession of the Nazarene of San Pablo, in Caracas.
This was reported by the Vice Minister of Prevention, Citizen Security and Peace Quadrants, G/D Endes Palencia in the company of G/D Orlando Romero Bolívar, commander of the GNB’s Comprehensive Defense Operational Zone (ZODI), from the Santa Teresa Basilica, located in the Santa Teresa parish.
He specified that during the tour of the vicinity of the religious center, Civil Protection and Fire officials have treated 80 people until noon on Holy Wednesday, who have suffered some health mishap due to high temperatures and dehydration.
Likewise, Vice Minister Palencia reminded citizens that 256 religious temples are prioritized in the national territory, where the members of the citizen security bodies provide care and protection to the population that visits the churches during these Holy Week festivities.
G/D Palencia said that “a capacity of 70 percent was agreed to avoid conglomerations in churches, we remind parishioners of the use of biosecurity measures, social distancing, the use of masks and alcohol and antibacterial gel” .
Likewise, he highlighted that the public servants of the Venezuela Bella Mission carry out disinfection days in the temples before and after each liturgical act.
