LAS AMERICAS AIRPORT. – More than four thousand Dominicans have been repatriated from the United States so far this year, 2025, among whom are those who served sentences for the commission of various crimes and were detained in raids against illegal foreigners.

Many of them, according to the details, served sentences ranging from five, eight, ten and even twelve and fifteen years in prison, in prisons in the cities of New York, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, California and other North American states.

Meanwhile, the Dominicans repatriated through raids were detained in New York and Los Angeles, for the most part, as well as in Boston, New Jersey, Miami, Orlando and other places in the United States.

It was also revealed at the Las Américas Airport that many of the Dominicans who were in prison and were serving sentences for drug trafficking were stripped of million-dollar assets and properties by the federal agencies of the United States.
