The doctor was walking in the company of her partner Guillermo Segovia (33), when two unknown men arrived aboard a motorcycle and one of them fired several shots at the woman. They later fled.
In this regard, members of the Investigation Department raided the home where Luis Adán Solís Iturbe (47) resides, syndicated as material author of the crime. The house is located in the city of San Solano de Itapúa.
The following were seized from the place: four 9 mm caliber served and percussed pods, one caliber served and percussed pod. 45, 4 lead bullets with deformations in the head. and a weapon registration card, belonging to the Glock model Gen 4, 17, 9mm caliber pistol.
In addition, a purchase-sale invoice for a Glock brand pistol, Gen 4 model, 9mm caliber, with serial number BRKX 016, a 682-gram package of marijuana, and a Kia Cerato car.
In the second home they found two 9 mm caliber shells served and percussed, a 38 caliber serrated and percussed shell, and a 12 gauge Remington shotgun shell served and percussed.
In the other six housesincluding those of the alleged perpetrator’s sister and mother-in-law, no evidence related to the case was raised.
