More than 300 young people began the recruitment and selection process to train as police officers

The National Police in the Arraiján district has received to date more than 300 young people who began the Recruitment and Selection process to enter the Higher Police Institute and train as agents.

These young people keep firm the dream of being police officers and serving the country, such is the case of Carla Ailean Navas Sánchez, a native of La 24 de Diciembre, who tried to enter years ago, but due to a family situation she could not complete the process. however, that was not an impediment to continue with his purpose, and thus offer his family a better living condition.

Carla has her fixed goal. She is a true believer that dreams come true when you put all your effort into it. “Never give up, because even in adversity there are opportunities,” she said, while she fulfilled her requirements to be a police officer.

The National Police continues with the day of massive recruitment at the national level. And among the requirements, the psychological and general knowledge tests are carried out to opt for the Higher Technician in Public Safety.

Applicants will have the opportunity to have job stability, training, assistance and health insurance, scholarships, among other benefits
