A former police officer attacked a daycare center in Thailand on Thursday with firearms and knives, killing at least 32 people, including 23 childrenprior to murder his family and commit suicidereported the police.
The attack started after noon in a kindergarten in Nong Bua Lamphu, in the north of the countrysaid Police Colonel Jakkapat Vijitraithaya.
The author he then fled by car and hit several pedestrians.
The killer was identified as Panya Khamrab, a former police officer from 34 yearsadded the police chief.
