Between January and November of this year, 192,310 electrical failures occurred in the country, according to monitoring by the Committee for People Affected by Blackouts. The president of the Committee of People Affected by Blackouts warned that there has been an exponential increase in blackouts. In Caracas they can last half an hour, two hours, three hours. In Miranda we have many failures, but more occur in the El Hatillo and Baruta municipalities, ”he added.
