More than 11 years will pay in prison, for throwing drugs at La Joya

Eimet Abdiel Guzmán, was sentenced to 138 months in prison (11 years and 6 months), for the crime of drug transfer, after a hearing of multiple requests before a Guarantee Court.

The charges were filed against Guzmán, after being credited with the fact, once the investigations were completed, for which he accepted a penalty agreement.

It all goes back to December 6 of this year, when he was surprised and later apprehended, in the surroundings of the La Joya Penitentiary Center, throwing drugs inside the prison.

It was possible to learn that he was found inside two briefcases, 777.32 grams of cocaine hydrochloride, 487.67 grams of marijuana, 94.29 grams of methamphetamine and 19.45 kg of marijuana.
