More than 100 people apprehended in the last 24 hours in Operation Isthmus

156 people are apprehended and 6 firearms seized in the last 24 hours in Operation Isthmus, carried out by the security forces and the Public Ministry.

Of these apprehensions, 87 by trade, 11 flagrante delicto, 53 administrative offenses and 05 micro-trafficking.

Likewise, 7 raids were carried out, B/. 105.00, 51 ammunition of various calibers and 1 vehicle was recovered. Additionally, 18 foreigners with expired stay, evasion of immigration control and impediment of alert were detected.

The units of the National Directorate of Transit Operations placed 1,523 violations of the Traffic Regulations, 580 for speeding, 47 proven drunkenness, 10 talking on a cell phone, 21 alcoholic breath, 25 inappropriate lights and 36 expired licenses.

With Operation Isthmus, operational and preventive actions are strengthened in the national territory.
