The 23 and 12 cinema, as the headquarters of La Cinemateca de Cuba, offers the most restless at home, the Third part of the Adventure Films cycle in Spanish on Saturdays 19 and 26 and Sundays 20 and 27 February. With the exhibition of the films Cellulose, Night Train, the inn, Quo Vadis Y Pharaohthe Charlot Hall will conclude Jerzy Kawalerowicz’s Centenary, from the 24th to the 27th of the second month.
This great Polish filmmaker (1922-2007) achieved his first success for Night Trainin 1959, and two years later it was consecrated with Mother Juana of the Angels and continued directing essential titles such as Pharaoh(1966).
He said: “I always hope that the film is something like a meditation on the human experience.”
