The National Guarantee Fund (FNG) increased support for the Women’s Foundation from $10,000 million to $35,000 million, so that they continue to benefit more women entrepreneurs in access to credit with guarantees.

(State incentives have supported the creation of 486,719 new jobs).

“This increase of $25,000 million will allow the Foundation to guarantee new credits that can add up to $50,000 million and continue promoting microcredit to businesswomen and entrepreneurs in the country,” said Raúl Buitrago Arias, president of the FNG.

The Women’s Foundation this year has benefited women in several regions with needs and it is expected to give access to 14,000 more through microcredit.
