Camarena stated that the stock market of the Dominican Republic is growing exponentially, at a time when the country is positioned as the higher growth expectation (5.1%) and the one with the lowest risk in Latin America.
The number of accounts in the Dominican securities market registered in Cevaldom (Centralized Securities Depository) increased from 141,933 accounts in 2023, to 156,342 in 2024, for an approximate growth of 10%.
