In Río Branco the paving of streets in 4 neighborhoods continues
The Municipality and Municipality Teams of Cerro Largo have worked at a very good pace throughout these days to comply with the placement of bitumen in the streets of the 4 neighborhoods that are under the project financed by the OPP Interior Development Fund.
“We are working together with the staff of the Municipality of Cerro Largo regarding bitumen in the 4 neighborhoods that are part of the FDI” stood out Carlos Diaz.
“We already have 100% priming of the streets. That consists of placing the first layer of bitumen. We have 70% of what is Stone No. 3, which would be the second layer of bitumen” reported. “Finishing with Stone No. 3 we would move on to Stone No. 2, which would be the third layer of bitumen and then finish with the sand sealing” explained the official of the Municipality of Río Branco.
“We want to thank the neighbors for the kindness they have shown in this process. We know that it is difficult to get home from work in a hurry, having to park 4 or 5 blocks from their houses to get off and be able to get there. They have understood it, they know that the bitumen is going to completely change their neighborhood.” he stated.
“With this the wells are finished, the land is finished. We are very grateful to the people for that patience” expressed Carlos Díaz.
“In a short time we will finish the bitumen part to deliver the work so that the neighbors can enjoy streets that will be in very good condition” he finished saying.
