Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) opened on Friday (5) 15 days for the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) and defendants of the defendants of core 2 of the coup plot to submit their final allegations.
The group is accused by the PGR of organizing actions to support the attempted illegitimate permanence of former President Jair Bolsonaro in power in 2022.
By the decision, the Attorney’s Office will be the first to deliver the allegations. Then the same period must be fulfilled by the defendants’ lawyers.

- Filipe Martins (former Bolsonaro international affairs advisor);
- Marcelo Câmara (former Bolsonaro advisor);
- Silvinei Vasques (former director of the Federal Highway Police);
- Mário Fernandes (Army General);
- Marília de Alencar (former Federal District Security Underwater);
- Fernando de Sousa Oliveira (former deputy secretary of the Federal District Security Secretariat).

The allegations are part of the last phase before the judgment of the accused, which should take place this year in the first class of the Court.
