The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre Moraes said today (9) that the accusations against those investigated for the anti-democratic acts of January 8 are being individualized. Moraes, who is the rapporteur for the investigation, said that the Court complied with all the procedures provided for by law in the treatment of prisoners. According to the minister, custody hearings were held, the provisional freedoms were analyzed and subpoenas were sent for the prior defense of the accused.

“The STF is analyzing it in detail and individually so that, quickly, those who committed a crime are held accountable under the terms of the law. Those who committed a lesser crime will have a lighter sanction, those who committed a more serious crime will have a more serious sanction,” he said.
