Moquegua: They denounce ex-functionaries of the university and the regional government

The anti-corruption prosecutor Carlos Ponce Arpasi filed complaints with the Prosecutor’s Office for the alleged crime of collusion against former employees and former contractors of projects of the Moquegua Regional Hospital, the National University of Moquegua (UNAM) and the Pasto Grande Regional Special Project (PERPG).

The lawyer mentioned that if criminal responsibility is found in the accused, they can be sentenced to an effective prison sentence of four years or more.

List of denounced

At the National University of Moquegua, Paytón Gómez Torres, Henry Froilán Coayla Apaza and the Moquegua Consortium represented by Elvis Muedas Vilcahuamán were denounced.

Finally, Walter Román Mendoza Paulini, Ronald Roy Chuquimia Ayma, Edwin Alfonso Ureta Huancahuire, Alexander David Blas Castro and Andrés Sebastián del Busto Segura in the hospital equipment project.
