Monreal Ávila made it clear that he is in favor of the minute and the workers; that he has never received pressure of any kind and that he acts conscientiously at all times, “that’s why the labor leaders who attack me are lying.”
The former governor of Zacatecas noted, however, that this “attack” against him is not new, since it dates back more than 16 months.
“For more than 16 months, I have resisted the onslaught, media, digital and bots against me. They are networks of interests that attack me day in and day out for all reasons, surely because they don’t want me to be on the presidential ticket and succeed the president. They are very crude,” he stated in the video.
He stressed that the Morena parliamentary group, without his participation, was the one that decided that the opinion be presented in a future session, but that it was distorted and manipulated to hit him and affirm that he requested the postponement.
