According to the CICPC report, the detainee was in communication with the antisocial, Argenis José Galue Machado (El Paye), who was shot down a few days ago by police commissions in Maracaibo (Zulia).
Cañizales was in charge of carrying out foreign currency exchange negotiations through the Zelle application, originating from extortions carried out by JL and alias Liover Atencio, both of whom are still to be arrested; using his commercial establishment to receive them, which he used to purchase merchandise and supplies for the members of this criminal gang, obtaining a percentage for each transaction.
