On August 18, the VTEX Grand Prix Peru awards were held, recognizing the growth of companies in their digital businesses and seeking to promote the development of e-commerce and the sale of products online. One of the winners of the night was Mondelez, who took the prize in the B2B category, with his project mibodegamondelez.pe.
Mi Bodega Mondelez is an e-commerce platform and digital tool developed by Mondelez. It was born two years ago with the aim of allowing winemakers from all over Peru to have the company’s entire portfolio of products available and to be able to acquire them at any moment and hour. Since its launch, it has managed to position itself in sales and has generated solid cultural changes.

Thanks to the creation of Mi Bodega Mondelez, the possibility of creating a unified business has been achieved and has brought the business a 25% increase in sales from connected customers. “Our main idea was that winemakers can have easy access, with just a few clicks, to benefits such as exclusive promotions, contests and discounts. In addition, achieve a digitalization in the wineries that benefits them. So far we have managed to digitize more than 22 thousand warehouses.” Said Juanita Lázaro, Mondelez eCommerce Manager.
