A teenager who was in the hands of a kidnapping group was rescued by civilian and military security agents in the Atapirire hamlet, Francisco de Miranda municipality, (Pariaguán), Anzoátegui state, according to military sources.
The victim was kidnapped on June 9 and this was recorded in the complaint that his relatives filed with the Cicpc.
To address the plagiarism, a mixed commission was set up made up of officials from the scientific police and the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command 81 (Conas).
The commission took into account the exchange of calls and located the point where the teenager was being held kidnapped, proceeding to his rescue.
Subsequently, the rescued man was transferred to the Cicpc-Pariaguán headquarters for a medical evaluation, which revealed “stable health.”
The Public Ministry was notified of the procedure.
