Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 1, the Mobility Pass will be disabled for anyone who does not have their complete scheme up to date (fourth dose) against Covid-19. Given this, the Minister of Health, Maria Begona Yarzaannounced that there will be no flexibility with people who suffer the corresponding blockade.
The head of the Minsal reported that there are 1,876,000 people lagging behind with their fourth dose, 892,000 with their third dose and 6% do not have their primary scheme.

Faced with this scenario, he indicated that “I believe that the 14 million who are up to date are waiting for this step from vaccination to these 2.7 million, so there are not going to be any flexibility measures. People can go to work, they can go to school, they can transit in the public space and, what we are regulating and inviting is the leisure space”.
“I would say to the 1,874,000 people who have not yet received the fourth dose that we invite them to do so, that the open vaccination points will continue, that the initiatives on weekends will continue and that we are also going to arrive (…) in the territories, so the invitation is to get vaccinated, and that the vaccine is safe,” he added.
Finally, he specified that “tomorrow’s date and the incorporation of the fourth dose has been a successful measure.”
