Officials from the Department of Food Protection, Environmental Sanitation, Biosafety of the Ministry of Health, carry out constant operations on the grounds and external areas of the David International Fair.

In the verifications, it is sought that those who are in charge of selling food do so under strict sanitary regulations and abiding by the protocols and biosafety measures established to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

The authorities announced that during the first two days of the tour, they have not found breaches that lead to drastic measures, since only corrective measures and warnings have been made so that the health cards are visible and the clothing is appropriate.

In these days, the Health Promotion teams participate by distributing pamphlets or informative material and providing guidance to those who require it, also, it seeks to measure sounds, so that there are no excessive noises that constitute environmental pollution.
