A call for the appointment of various positions for medical specialists in some regions of the country, made the Ministry of Health through the General Directorate of Public Health.
According to the Minsa in the Ngäbe-Buglé Health region, 4 doctors are requested for Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics 4, Family Medicine 3, Internal Medicine 2, Psychiatry 2, Public Health1.
In the Darién Health region, it requests 3 doctors for Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics 5, for Family Medicine 2, General Surgery 1, Anesthesiology 1, Psychiatry 2, Public Health 1.
The Bocas del Toro Health Region requests 3 doctors for Gynecology and Obstetrics, 5 for Pediatrics, 3 for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine 3, Psychiatry 2, General Surgery 1, Anesthesiology 2, Radiology and Imaging 2, Pathology 1, Physical Medicine and rehabilitation 2, Public Health 1.
While the Guna Yala Health region requests 3 doctors Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics 4, Family Medicine 3, Psychiatry 2, Public Health 1 and the Veraguas Health region, Luis “chico” Fábrega Regional Hospital, requests Oncology in 1 and Neurology 1.
The requirements in all regions are:
1. Being of Panamanian nationality, will be accredited with a photograph of the personal identity card
2. Resume
3. Original and copy of the suitability certificate issued by the Public Health Technical Council of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Panama, as a General Practitioner and as a Specialist Physician.
4. Original and copy of the Academic Title as a General Practitioner and as a Specialist Physician.
5. Police record
6. Original of the Health Certificate and separate mental health certificate, issued no more than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the call.
The Ministry of Health informs that the interested professionals must submit the documents in original and copy, to be collated in the Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Health (Ancón Headquarters), from the first publication of this call, and until the three (3) days after this publication, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
It is important to point out that the applicants must comply with the provisions and regulations of the selection process, the applicants will be selected based on the satisfactory performance obtained from the evaluations applied.
The call will be made for a term of three (3) consecutive business days, in three written newspapers of national circulation.
