The Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcv) hemanaged to arrest two of the four denounced for this criminal act that happened in the Tarija neighborhood of the Yapacaní municipality.
One of the detainees is a 17-year-old adolescent, who was sent to Cenvicruz after his precautionary hearing held this Monday afternoon in the Court for Children and Adolescents of Yapacaní. While the other apprehended is Miguel Ángel ST, 24, who is waiting to be guarded this Tuesday.
The Felcv is still looking for the third defendant, who is another minor under 15 years of age. The fourth involved is Santiago ST, who died at the age of 23 in the Palmasola prison, where he was serving preventive detention for the attack in similar circumstances on another 11-year-old boy.
He was hospitalized for four months
The boy confessed to his older brother the chilling details of what he suffered at the hands of his four sexual aggressors who threatened to harm him and his relatives. Because of that fear, he suffered in silence for a long time, ”said the brother of the affected boy to EL DEBER.
The relative, along with the rest of his brothers, arrived at the Yapacaní Court asking for justice for the little boy.
